Otherwise, add “is publicly tracked, and” between “a Soul’s Alliance” and “defaults to an empty set” in the rule titled “Alliances”, and add “or being passed the mantle” after “achieving victory” in the rule titled “Mantle Limitations”.
fixing’s Casting’s orphan variable issue + the issue that using it is strongly discouraged under the current rules!
