To “Ritual Chambers”, add:-
If there is a Denizen named Dracula, or if a Room includes the Effect “Richardo encounters Dracula’s Sepulchre”, then Ancient Actions may not be taken, and the Puissance of Vampire Lords defaults to 0 instead of 10.
An endgame portcullis on new players, now that we’ve changed the game to (and may yet not escape from) perform-actions-at-23:59 mode, where there’s much less downside to a big, obvious move from a late accomplice.
