This aggrivates me enough that I am unidling to it (quorum rises to 5)

Would “Pokes has achieved victory in this dynasty” be allowed without the victory tag under that rule? I’m thinking definitely not.

Would “Any Emperor may delete this paragraph and replace it with the phrase “Pokes has achieved victory” ” be allowed without the victory tag under that rule? I’m thinking… maybe but probably not. It doesn’t create a victory condition. It just creates a condition by which a victory condition could be created.

So scams can still sneak through. Meaning all this does is punish people for forgetting to do the right paperwork
