Proposal: Crowd Control

Passes 4-0. Enacted by Brendan.

In “Visitors”, remove “On any given Business Day, up to X Visitors may pass through Nomicland, where X is twice the number of Imagineers. If X or more Visitors are already queued for the current Business Day, no Imagineer can add more Visitors until a new Business Day begins.” and add to the end of that paragraph:-

If a Business Day has more Visitors queued than twice the number of Imagineers, then the Day is Crowded; otherwise it is Uncrowded.

In “Licensing”, replace “adding Visitors matching the market segments from that IP License to the current Business Day” with:-

adding Visitors matching the market segments from that IP License to any Uncrowded Business Day

If the rule “Focus Grouping” exists, reword it to:-

Upon posting a Demand Post, the Boss may add three Visitors (of random types) to the most recent Business Day, if that Day is not Crowded.

Throwing out the vagueness of the “current Business Day” - IP Licensing can target any day (in practice it’ll be the one you’re about to process next), Focus Grouping the most recent one. Condensing “total Visitors for that Business Day greater than twice the current number of Imagineers” into an adjective.
