Reached quorum 12 votes to 1. Enacted by Kevan.

To the rule “Cults” add a subrule “Idle Cults” with the following text:

If all members of a Cult are idle, the Auspex may delete that Cult (by deleting its list entry in the rule “Cults”).

against If all members of a cult are idle, then this cult is inoffensive anyway since nobody can join it. By deleting it you’re only preventing the idle members to come back to the cult when they de-idle.

BTW, we have this “when someone de-idles, they assume their last personal gamestate, if it is still valid; otherwise they get default values for everything” rule. Does this mean if an idle believer has one of his cults deleted, his personal gamestate is completely reset when he comes back?

The rule does not say, he gets default values for everything, I think, but rather, he gets default values for those values that are not valid anymore. At least thats how I understand the rule.

The wording is a little flabby, but it seems closer to “each invalid value is set to the default” than “all values are reset”.

for Deleting inactive Cults would help to keep the game sharp, I think.
