Create a rule called RECOVERED FRAGMENT 20220419-01 in a position immediately after RECOVERED FRAGMENT 20220417-01 in the ruleset, with the following contents:
Move the rule RECOVERED FRAGMENT 20220417-01 such that it is now a subrule of RECOVERED FRAGMENT 20220419-01.
If the proposal “Here’s Chunky, He’s Dead” was enacted then in the rule Argumentation after the text “They do not count towards proposal counts or limits, but each Memory of Atlantis may only have one pending Argument at a time.” append the sentence:
A Memory of Atlantis may not create an Argument for a discrete element of an Atlantean Scrap if they are the original creator of that element. (The creator of an element is the Memory of Atlantis who uploaded the original Atlantean Scrap containing the first instance of that element, not a Memory of Atlantis who formally defined that element as an Atlantean Element.)
If the proposal “Here’s Chunky, He’s Dead” was not enacted then in the rule Argumentation after the text “They do not count towards proposal counts or limits, but each Memory of Atlantis may only have one pending Argument at a time.” append the sentence:
A Memory of Atlantis may not create an Argument for a specific symbol if they are the original creator of that symbol. (The creator of a symbol is the Memory of Atlantis who uploaded the original Atlantean Scrap containing the first instance of that symbol.)
It would kind of ruin the fun a little if the person who made the element was the authoritative source on the meaning of it, but I don’t feel the restrictions should be too harsh. You can still talk about it, or even ask team members to give the definitions on your behalf secretly.
