In the rule “Death and Reincarnation” change the text “any Townsperson may (and should) make them die by setting their Home to “@”.” to
any Townsperson may (and should) make them die by setting their Home to “@” and remove, if they have any, their workplace, their birthsigns and their vision. Also set their Fate to 0.
If the Proposal Marketplaces now with a barker has been enacted, change the sentence “Any Townsperson who was announced as Active Merchants in the blog entry announcing the most recent Day of Observance is considered an “Active Merchant” until the next Day of Observance.” to
Any Townsperson who was announced as Active Merchants in the blog entry announcing the most recent Day of Observance and has not died since then is considered an “Active Merchant” until the next Day of Observance.
and, in the same rule, add a bullet point to the top of the bullet point list of conditions for a valid Offer with the following text
- The Seller is an Active Merchant.
Death should be a real hindrance, not just loosing your stuff.

Then avoid dying, that’s the point, right? Still, this could be fixed later, for example by halving the fate or a fixed loss of 2 points.

Kevan: I think we can get up to 3/Season, so it should be possible to make a comeback, if the target will be 5.

@Brendan: Why? Your Plague was healed, besides, you died anyway… ;-)
Brendan: he/him
That’s a fascinating definition of “healed.”
mideg:
Well, it was removed BEFORE you died… :-P

Your scam too, dear.

I’ll certainly take advantage of it while it’s available, but I don’t really like the gameplay it encourages.
