Add the following components to Powers:

* Presence: Chose a City and create an Avatar, with 10X Life Points, to your Incarnation in that City (+X Global Might)
* Movement: If your Incarnation has an Avatar, chose a City different from the one where it currently is. X is the number of temples in that City not dedicated to your Incarnation. Move the Avatar to that City. (+X Global Might)
