Proposal: do cave men want stuff or not is what i ask

make a new rule which is called stuff and which has this text…
each cave man has a list of stuff which is tracked in the g n d t. a cave man can give stuff to a cave man if he wants to do this. then he should say in the g n d t that he has done this. a cave man may drop stuff if he wants to do this and should say in the g n d t that he has done so. a cave man may also get stuff or lose stuff as the set of rules or state of game says.
give this stuff to these cave men…
... the first cave man to say a thing on this plan gets no stuff right now.
... the next cave man to say a thing on this plan when the first cave man has said a thing on this plan gets a rock.
... the third cave man to say a thing on this plan gets a stick.
... the fourth cave man to say a thing on this plan gets no stuff right now.
... the fifth cave man to say a thing on this plan gets a rock.
... the sixth cave man to say a thing on this plan gets a stick.
... the next cave man to say a thing on this plan when the sixth cave man has said a thing on this plan gets a rock.
... the eighth cave man to say a thing on this plan gets no stuff right now.
... the ninth cave man to say a thing on this plan gets a bone.
Since “give stuff to cave guys” passed unanimously even though the proposal it was contingent on—“me have stuff”—failed, my sense is that y’all really do want an inventory of stuff, and want a chance to get that stuff. So, this is one more chance to make it so.
