Add a new subrule to the Rule entitled “Locations”.  Call it “Bus Stops” and give it the following text:

A Location is a Bus Stop if its description on the Locations page contains the phrase “bus stop”.  A character at a Bus Stop whose Location has not changed in the last four hours may spend 10 Bucks to change their Location to any other Bus Stop.

In the Rule entitled “Locations”, change the text:

As a weekly action, each Character may change their location to any of those valid values.

to

A Character whose location is “Nowhere” may change their location to any of those valid values at any time.

Add the following text to the end of the description of “Sidewalk” on the Locations page:

There is a bus stop here.

Add the following text to the descriptions of “City Hospital”, “City Tax Office” and “King Anthony Library” in the Locations page:

There is a bus stop outside.

Yes, this means that the Smith Apartment is off-limits for now.  I feel it should remain harder to get to than the other locations, perhaps requiring some sort of invitation.
