BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. New players are always welcome and can join in at any time.
BlogNomic is powered by pMachine ExpressionEngine.

I’ve IP banned, email address banned and username banned this guy, but don’t have the necessary privileges to delete his current account.
Bucky:
Josh, banning can only be done by CFJ.

The ban status of non-player accounts isn’t, so far as I can see, regulated by the ruleset - we don’t raise a polite CfJ for a stone-crusher spammer. That Rule 1.8 says that certain behaviour might result in a CfJ to ban an account doesn’t mean that CfJs are required to ban an account.
Let’s not feel the trolls too much, though, eh?

Mm, non-players are not regulated by the ruleset.
