2.8.2 Facial vandalism
Difficulty level: RNY: 2; ALC: 0
Effect:  Target a Student or a Teacher. Such individual will be refered to as Y. Such Y will have written on their face “[X]”. X is a text, up to 30 characters, of the casters choice. When a Y has something written on their face, on every comment or proposal they make, the last line of text in that proposal or comment must be “[X] is written on Z’s face” were Z is the name of the individual with the X written on their face.
