Call for Judgment: [Faction] Wait what, oh no!!

Passes 3-0 as it reaches Quorum, go BLO!—arth

Adminned at 19 Dec 2008 15:59:24 UTC

Recent studies have demonstrated that 24 hours a day are not enough hours to have fun: This requires urgent attention.

Create a new rule called, “Making more in less time”:

As a daily action, a Citizen may create a Proposal, even if that Citizen has exceeded the maximum number of allowed and active proposals for that day. However, because this must be done while riding a motocross and juggling knives, it implies a 47% of Danger to the Citizen attempting it. If a Citizen breaks two or more bones attempting this, that Citizen may not create another Proposal in the next 24 hours.

Initiate a celebration party for the newly created rule. Every Citizen shall enjoy it.

for We need to make it to where only citizens of the faction can vote on faction posts and it only requires a quorum of citizens in the faction.

Good thing Amnistar’s vote doesn’t count (because he is an Idle Citizen in BLO)

Every rule existing in the Blognomic ruleset is considered implicit in each Faction’s Ruleset, even if not written on it. Rules existing only in a Faction’s Ruleset have no effect outside that Faction’s Gamestate and Ruleset.

As such, it currently stands that my vote does count, per the rules that are implicit in all 3 factions at this time.

Sure, but please note that: “A Citizen is considered to be idle within each Faction that e doesn’t belong to.”

And per the core rules: “For the purposes of the Ruleset, excluding Rules 1.1, 1.2 and 1.8, Idle Citizens are not counted as Citizens.”

Thus you cannot vote on Faction Proposals or Faction CFJs other than MIC’s.

On Monday, if this is still pending, I’ll vote on it.

I don’t think it will last that long… anyways, just needs 1 more vote to get Quorum and pass :P

Yea, but it does point out a flaw we should adress. Namely, what happens if a faction has no admins?  No one else can pass their proposals…i suppose they could request adminship with the general population.

Also, Yoda, since we’re idle?  The Qourum for BLO is…3, which means this CfJ has passed.  Go for it Arthexis.
