To “Endgames”, add:
A Villager may attempt to perform a Final Alchemy, by doing a special ritual that requires the combined power of all the secret ingredients in Zahndorf and their true nature. Performing a Final Alchemy requires the Villager to have three different Remedies in their inventory, along making a blog post announcing that they’re going to perform the Final Alchemy. That post must also contain a list of all of the Remedies and what they do. The Doctor must reply to that post with a confirmation that the list and the effects stated are true or false. If the Doctor doesn’t make the appropriate confirmation reply within 24 hours, no DoV can be made or enacted until he makes that reply. No other Villager can attempt to perform a Final Alchemy (and its associated post) while the confirmation of different one is still pending. If the list is confirmed to be true, the Final Alchemy has been successful. If not, it has been unsuccessful, and the Villager who attempted to perform that Final Alchemy dies (acquires the Symptom named Death). A Villager who has successfully performed a Final Alchemy is Remembered.
Knowledge of what the resources do and the resources themselves are what we have for “wealth” in the game (You could also argue that ‘proposal slots’ and other things are also wealth, but for the sake of gameplay, I’ve only included the most central types of wealth in the game). I feel like if you max out on the possible wealth obtainable (maxing out in knowledge and maxing out in inventory), you should win.

Beware of oblique rule exploiters bearing victory conditions.
(Is the trick that “must also contain a list of all of the Remedies and what they do” doesn’t specify that the Villager has to write that bit themselves, and the only way for this must-happen rule to be met is for the Doctor - or the platonic gamestate itself - to do it?)
