Add to the end of rule 2.6 Lights
*A living guest in the basement may as a daily action change the state of the lights by posting a blog post indicating the new state of the lights
If the Rule “Manor Plan” does not exist, this Proposal does nothing.
But that would make it too easy for a single guest to keep the lights on if several other guests are trying to keep them off.
Per Catch Me If You Can requiring me to immediately announce dark movement when the lights go back on, which I can’t do if players can turn the lights on and off at will.
Actually, this is an illegal proposal - Thrawn already has two proposals pending (he self-killed one of them, but it hasn’t yet been failed).
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I don’t know… anyone should be able to turn them ON any number of times a day… but maybe they can only turn them OFF daily??
