Call for Judgment: Gamestate Tracking

The ruleset now requires that the gamestate be tracked on the Scientists [Alpha] and Scientists [Prime] pages of the wiki. Sadly, the wiki does not allow square brackets in page titles.
Throughout the ruleset, change Scientists [Alpha] and Scientists [Prime] to Scientists Alpha and Scientists Prime wherever they appear in reference to the tracking of gamestate data on wiki pages.
Also I broke the sidebar
