Create a new rule titled “Gnomes of Victory” in Faction GNO’s ruleset with the following text:
If a Citizen owns 100 Garden Gnomes, they have achieved victory.
Like I said, get your gnomes out of my nomic and stop pretending they sound the same.
I’m not saying “gnome” sounds anything at all like “nomic”. The faction is called GNO.

Can be passed unless 2 votes are changed, when it’s at the end of the queue and over 12 hours old.
Actually, Amnistar, the enactment rule says nothing about the queue. Therefore, in about an hour, this will be enacted.
“The oldest pending Proposal may be enacted by any Admin”
only the oldest proposal can be passed or failed.
And now that I’ve read this, I have a very good reason not to vote you for Admin. Re-read the rules, watch the admins work and make sure you udnerstand them.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
