A little redundant; you could do this yourself after hiatus ended (after s/king one of your own proposals that’s unlikely to pass) and the timing properties would still be the same.

I am agnostic about the metadynasty idea so won’t be voting. Seems like a bit of a cop-out but if the DoV fails then the status quo is possibly untenable.

It still doesn’t make sense because he could just have the CfJ start a new metadynasty if it passes.  Instead, this creates a proposal for a metadynasty, which would not be able to be voted on anyways if we were still in hiatus.

I just don’t understand why he thought it necessary to put the middle man in.
