Transportation and overpopulation are too costly for me. Let’s make transport cheap - that should make things a little more exciting. Otherwise I can look forward to a complete paralysis brought on by overcrowding and resource depletion - what fun!

Change the costs of Basic Transportation to:

# 10 units of population or fewer may be moved for 1 Grain and 1 Petroleum for average guys or 1 Petroleum for robots.
# 25 units of population or fewer may be moved for 2 Grain and 1 Petroleum for average guys or 2 Petroleum for robots.
# 50 units of population or fewer may be moved for 3 Grain and 2 Petroleum for average guys or 3 Petroleum for robots.
# 100 units of population or fewer may be moved for 5 Grain and 2 Petroleum for average guys or 5 Petroleum for robots.

(Do not change the Machinery Movement rate)

And it’s probably a good idea to tone down Pillage a bit to compensate.

Change the Pillage attack method to read:

A Country using Anarchy may Pillage, which transfers a number of Commodities equal to the attacking presence from the defender to the attacker, of the attacker’s choice. If the defender has insufficient Commodities to fulfill the attack, the attacker may change the defender’s government type to Anarchy. This attack is ineffective when used against a defender using Despotism.

Let’s shake things up! I’m eager for this dynasty to move along.

against I’ve been struggling to increase my production since commodities were introduced, and I’m not willing to render it useless. I’m fine with cheaper transportation, but you’re WAY overdoing it. Multiply it all by 6 or so and I’ll be more appreciative of the idea.
