In “Conclaves”, replace “After a Scrutineer announces in this way that dark smoke has been released, all Scrutineers may, within the following 48 hours, select a Cardinal and remove that Cardinal’s Vice.” with:

When a Scrutineer announces in this way that dark smoke has been released, that Scrutineer must also increase every Cardinal’s Influence by 3, and remove the Vice of the first X Cardinals who posted their own Ballot on that Conclave (where X is quorum).

Changing the ambiguous Scrutineer effect to something else.
