Add the following text to the rule 2.5:
The prefects of the Dormitories can request a Lesson to be given by the teacher assigned to their dormitory. After such a request is posted in a story post, the headmaster must advise this teacher to give a lesson in his subject. In any case a teacher can give only one lesson at a time.
Bringing in some meaning into the heads of the houses and the prefects.
I’d rather see this as a weekly action, but I suppose “advise this teacher” doesn’t actually have any concrete effect.
@ Brendan: I wrote it in that way to keep it “in character”. But since the Headmaster can set up lessons legally anyway, it is still a possibility to express our opinion. Anyway this point can be amended in a later proposal.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
