Replace “As a weekly action, a Monk may increase their Turns by 5.” with “As a weekly action, a Monk may increase every Monk’s Turns by 5.”
This would have to be a weekly communal action, and even then I think weekly action is better. Avoids problems where someone can’t spend their turns fast enough before a week starts and a trigger happy person feuds, or when someone joins the dynasty late
Depending on where the dynasty is going, I might prefer individual actions
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
