Add the following at the end of rule “Atomic Actions”:
Any action that is presented as an ordered list of instructions to be carried out by a single Manager is considered to be an atomic action.
Madrid:
Because it can potentially lock less attentive people out of doing actions because of how atomic actions work. The redundancy is good in this case imo.
