Proposal: Insufficient postage

In the rule “Pipe mail” change “room where the letter is sent, he may” to “Master Bedroom, he shall”.

As the rule is in the current proposal, all letters are sent to the room they’re sent from, instead of the Master Bedroom as was likely intended. This also changes a “may” to a “shall”, making letter delivery mandatory.

Murderers and Detectives are highly encouraged not to use their seals until this proposal passes.
