I think the current wording in the Gambling rule would allow Swashbucklers to to hedge their bets and get all their doubloons back.

In the Gambling Rule change this:-

First, every winning Swashbuckler gets back what e paid in ...

to :-

First, every winning wager is paid back to the Swashbuckler who made it ...
