In rule 2.5.1 change:

If a Pantheon has more Worshippers in a City than any other Pantheon, any Deity may change the Dominant Pantheon of that City to become that Pantheon.

to

If a Pantheon has more Worshippers in a City than any other Pantheon, any Deity may change the Dominant Pantheon of that City to become that Pantheon by posting a notice to the front page to that effect.

I am getting annoyed that one cannot tell if anyone stole one’s cities while one was away easily.
