In rule “1.8 Dynasties” change the text:
The Narrator may vote to VETO any Proposal.
To:
As a daily action, the Narrator may vote to VETO any one Proposal.
I understand that some Proposals may be silly enough to get failed on sight, yet, why should the Emperor police us on every single one of them? Why do we have to think our actions through, yet the Emperor can blast anything he wishes with no need for justification? The power of the VETO is fine, but it should not be over abused as it has been in the later dynasties. If Yoda vetoes this, I’m gonna CfJ based on his behavior.
