Reword the first paragraph of “Fair Play” to the following:
The following are BlogNomic’s rules of fair play. If any of these rules are found to have been broken, or if a Divinity’s behaviour or actions are otherwise deemed unacceptable (socially or otherwise), a proposal or CfJ may be made to reprimand or punish the perpetrator or, in cases of extreme or repeated violations, remove them from the game and bar them from rejoining.
We need to make clear that we generally won’t immediately ban a player if they break a Fair Play rule once, even if they are committing ‘bannable offenses’, as some players liked to point out a while back when others accidentally violated them. I also added an umbrella term for behaviour that may not be explicitly listed but can still be grounds for punishment or banning, like flaming, (excessive) swearing or generally being a fucking prick.

I have mixed feelings about this, as the clause doesn’t really add anything - without this change we can still remove players by CfJ or proposal. In general I prefer to take a minimalist approach regulation, and would prefer removing the language to weakening it.
Oh the other hand, this is an iterative improvement, so
