Give the director the title of librarian to start off with. Add a new rule to the ruleset with the title “The Librarian”:
One of the Students has the title of Librarian, and has “(librarian)” after eir name on the Active Students list.
The librarian will devour your mind if you talk too loudly in the library.
The stars are… wrong… feeling… sleepy. Must cast nominal vote to stop from drowsing… off.
But does the Librarian get access to Secret Rules when e is in the Library, mmm?
Could do, could do, certainly. I was more thinking that e would be part of the mechanism that allowed Students to get hold of Tomes.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
