Proposal: Locations, part two

Append to the end of the first paragraph of rule 2.2 the following: “Whenever a Swashbuckler’s location changes, eir location must be updated to reflect this fact in the GNDT”.

Create a field in the GNDT entitled ‘Location’ with a pull-down encompassing all the current locations available.
