Change the faction of each currently pending official post to the faction of the Citizen who has made the most recent comment on that post, discounting comments made by the Admin who enacts this proposal.

The faction proposals may be legal but unless every proposal followed MIC’s needless bureaucracy rule, nobody in MIC could comment on a proposal without failing it instantly (excluding their own, obviously).
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

incidentally, this will not make faction proposals illegal, for the same reason that if i made a GNO proposal and then switched my faction to MIC, that proposal would still be legal.
