Proposal: Mexican Stantoff

Add to the second paragraph of “Victory”:

If more than one Ant meets the requirements below at that time, instead all instances of “the 17th of February” in this rule are changed to that date plus thee days, so that the 1st of January would become the 4th of January (assume it is not a leap year when determining this date).

The only fair way of breaking ties I could think of is extending the deadline a few days if it happens. I added the last part because technically the Ruleset doesn’t know it’s 2011.
