Proposal: [MIC] Declaration of War!

Create a rule titled “Declaration of War with the following text:

WHEREAS the Faction known as BLO seems to enjoy the injuries of its own Citizens; and
WHEREAS the Faction known as GNO appears to be constructing a Cannon to use against the noble Citizens of other Factions;
THEREFORE The People’s Republic of MIC declares war on the Factions known as BLO and GNO, and no non-Idle Citizen shall in any way provide aide of any sort to an Idle Citizen.

Let’s get our Party organized before we pick a position :).

though you have a proposal slot free:

Create a new sub-rule of Needless Bureaucracy - “Party Politics” with the text:

WHEREAS there will be times when the views of the Party are unified;
WHEREAS a unified Party may at times move swifty;
WHEREAS the defined rules are to limiting when it concerns the party;

THEREFOR if the oldest pending [MIC] proposal has reached Quorum, and has been voted on by the Chairman OR by both of the Viziers, that proposal may be immediately passed, regardless of how long it has been in the queue/

well, feel free to adjust it, but yeah, I’m full up on proposals.  I really don’t care who proposes them as long as the ideas get out there.
