Add a new rule to the dynastic ruleset, called the Trading Day:
Each round of the game is referred to as a Trading Day. A Trading Day is divided into two phases: Prep and Serve. A Prep Action is an action that can only be done in the Prep phase; a Serve Action is an action that can only be done in the Serve phase.
If at any time every Truck has a non-empty Menu then the Yard should make a post announcing that the game has entered the Serve Phase; as soon as they have done so, the game ceases to be in the Prep Phase and starts to be in the Serve phase.
If there is a rule called Menus, change ‘As a virtual action’ in it to ‘As a virtual Prep action’.
If there is a rule called Food Trucks, change ‘A Truck may change their own Name at any time’ in it to ‘As a Prep Action, a Truck may change their own Name at any time’.
If there is a rule called The Night, change:

If there is a rule called Happy Hour, change ‘Once per day’ to ‘As a Prep Action’.
In the rule The Night, move the ‘Tally Up’ bullet point to the end of the Night atomic action, and reword it to read as follows:
* Tally up: Post a blog entry listing all Menus and the outcomes of the Sale actions. This post ends the Night action and changes the game into the Prep phase of the next Trading Day.
