Proposal: Name-Limited Achievements

If the Proposal titled “Named Achievements” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

In the rule “Grading”, replace “if and only if that Rule has not caused that Student to score earlier in the current dynasty” with “if and only if the Rules have not caused that Student to score the same-named Achievement earlier in the current dynasty”.

Retains the spirit of “each player can earn each achievement at most once”, while allowing more flexibility:

* A rule can define multiple achievements
* An achievement can be defined by multiple rules, each with a different path to it
* A rule defining an achievement can be amended (no arguing “it’s a different rule now so I can re-earn the achievement”)
* The definition of an achievement can be moved from one rule to another (no arguing “it’s a different rule” etc.)

Good idea, but introduces a framework level loophole (parametrized names).  against .

I don’t think I really understand what would be the problem… Can someone expand a little?
