In “Cases”, replace “If the oldest Open Case has been Open for more than 48 hours, the Judge may close it as an atomic action” with:-

A Case is Complete if it has been Open for more than 48 hours, or if the Attorney of each of its Plaintiffs has included a voting icon in a comment on the Case’s post. If the oldest Open Case is complete, the Judge may close it as an atomic action

Speeding up cases where nothing else is going to happen on them.

against This has the downside of revealing secret information: if a Case is Closed within 48 hours, we’ll know that the subset of Attorneys who have commented with voting icons contains the Plaintiffs’ Attorneys. The optimal play (assuming one wants to keep this information hidden if at all possible) would then be to wait just shy of 48 hours before commenting on a Case.

Ah, true.

That 48-hour optimal play is already the case, though. Maybe we should change cases from “close after 48 hours” to “close after 24 hours with no new voting icons”.
