Proposal: No overstuffed GNDT

Can’t enact with 2 votes for and 10 against. Failed by Kevan.

If the Proposal “Infamy, Infamy, They’ve All Got It In For Me” fails, this proposal does nothing.
Create a Wiki Page entitled “Cults” and blank that page.
In the rule “Infamy”, replace

The Infamy of a Cult may be tracked in the GNDT; For the purposes of this, Cults may be set up and tracked in the GNDT.

with

The Name and Infamy of each Cult is tracked in the Wiki page “Cults”.

I do prefer a wiki page for the cults, however, I think that name tracking should be defined in the rule “Cults” and not “Infamy”

against Wouldn’t it be easier to just track Infamy in the text of Rule 2.1, given that that’s how we’re tracking the Names?

I think, that there might very well come more information to each cult, so tracking the cults and their states in their own wiki page would make things easier and clearer than tracking that information in the GNDT or in a rule…

Basicaly, I am just against tracking cults in the GNDT, tracking them in the ruleset or in their own wiki page would both be ok for me, but I think their own wiki page would make it a little bit less messy.
