Add the following text to the end of the rule “Nomich”:
Unlike the other games, Nomich’s resolution procedure changes over time. After each match of Nomich that did not end in a Draw, the Bookie can and should secretly add one sentence to the procedure for scoring a Nomich play.
That seems like a reasonable follow-up proposal, but I don’t think it’s necessary right now.
The Bookie can also just add “nothing happens” and “ignore previous sentence” if they feel like it.

@Josh per Kevan you’re free to make inert or trivially implemented changes if you don’t want to deal with the complication.
Being able to figure out the scoring feels like it could be a fun puzzle that this would make basically impossible
I’d also like to get a safety rule in place that prevents methods of resolution from effecting gamestate before we make any more changes to methods of resolution.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

You should probably allow removing a sentence as well. Otherwise, after the list becomes too long, Josh will likely not alter it further.
Maybe something like: “the Bookie can and should secretly add one sentence to the procedure for scoring a Nomich play and may optionally remove one sentence.”
