Add the following sentence to the paragraph in the rule “Loyalty” that begins “A Cardinal whose Loyalty is Colonna…”

A Cardinal who has no Loyalty has no Alliance, and do not count as sharing an Alliance with any other Cardinal.

If any Cardinals have claimed an Influence increase from effectively higher Nepotism based on the theory that they share an Alliance of “none” with the Pope, undo that Influence increase.
