Rule 2.7 says:

Deities may use the Powers of eir Incarnation at any time - however, a single Power may never be used to affect a particular City, Incarnation or Deity more than often.

That wording allows two interpretations: one, more strict, means that a power like Glimpse may be used only once each day by a same Deity for one Incarnation, even for different cities; other, more loose, says it can be used often per Deity since that Deity targets a different City or different Incarnation.

Vote FOR this CfJ if you agree with the more loose interpretation and AGAINST it if you agree with the more strict interpretation.

If this CfJ passes, rewrite the strip of text aforementioned to:

Deities may use the Powers of eir Incarnation at any time - however, a single Power, used by the same Deity, may never be used to affect the same particular City, Incarnation and Deity more than often.

Make retroactively legal any action taken according to either interpretations.
