In the Rule “Workplaces”, change the bullet point

Pasture (Shepherd): If it is Spring and if at least a quarter of the Townspersons, rounded up, are Shepherds, each Townperson with at least 2 animals gains an animal.

to

Pasture (Shepherd): The shepherd gains 1 Meat for every Animal in his Home. If it is Spring and if at least a quarter of the Townspersons, rounded up, are Shepherds, each Townperson with at least 2 animals gains an animal.

Introducing a way to gain meat.
