Story Post: Papal Conclave I

Methodology: roles are filled in order of the ruleset (4 Scrutineers, 4 Infirmarii and 4 Revisers) using results from the GNDT. Cardinal names are ordered lexicographically and at each step we take the nth "unemployed" cardinal to fill the next role.

Hmm, as far as I can tell, the lists of Scrutineers, Infirmarii, and Revisers don’t actually do anything?

So far: the Conclave can only be resolved by a Scrutineer. This post will probably move slowly enough that current and future proposals will change things.
