Add to the end of the paragraph so modified:

The Third version of the dynastic rules is entitled Dynastic Rules [Para], and may be referred to as the “Para Ruleset”. It initially contains only this rule (named “Divergence”) within it.

Add to the end of the rule “Divergence”:
