Delete the Radiate, Holy Day and Festival components.

Add these Power Components:-

* Eclipse: Deity must destroy one of eir Incarnation’s Powers for each use of this Power. That Incarnation may not create a Power using any of the Components of the destroyed Power for the next 24 hours. (+8 Global Worship)
* Omen: When using this Power the Deity must make a post announcing the targets or other choices e will make at least 24 hours before every use of the Power. E must use the Power with the declared targets within 48 hours of the announcement, or any Deity may force em to use it as declared.  (+5 Global Worship)
* Holy Site: ((City Name)): This Power only works in the City named. (+5 City Worship).
* Self: This Power may only target the Incarnation using the Power, or Temples to that Incarnation. This applies to at least one choice of Incarnation or Temple in the Power not already applied to Idol or Tribe Components. Must be combined with at least one Might Component which targets an Incarnation or Temple. (+1 Global Worship).
* Idol: ((Incarnation Name)): This Power may only target the named Incarnation (which may not be the Incarnation using the Power), Temples to that Incarnation, or Deities using that Incarnation. This applies to at least one choice of Incarnation, Temple or Deity in the Power not already applied to Self or Tribe Components. Must be combined with at least one Might Component which targets an Incarnation, Temple or Deity.(+3 Global Worship).
* Tribe: ((Pantheon Name)): This Power may only target Incarnations, Temples, Cities and Deities belonging to the named Pantheon (which must be a different Pantheon from the one of the Incarnation using the Power). This applies to at least one choice of Incarnation, Temple, City or Deity in the Power not already applied to Self or Idol Components. Must be combined with at least one Might Component which targets an Incarnation,Temple, City or Deity.(+2 Global Worship).
* Curse: A target Deity loses X Quintessence. (+10X Global Might)
* Radiate: A target Deity gains X Quintessence. (+10X Global Might)
* Holy Day: Power cannot be used more than often by the same Incarnation. (+2 Global Worship)
* Festival: Power can only be used occasionally. Festivals cannot also be Holy Days. (+5 Global Worship)

As usual, voters on this proposal may list any Components they feel are abusable, along with their vote. If any Component listed in this Proposal is considered abusable by *TWO* or more Deities, it shall be removed from the list when this proposal is enacted.

If those Keywords already exist in the ruleset, add the listed Keywords to the following components (if they exist):

- Keyword “Timing”: Omen, Holy Day, Festival
- Keyword “Existential”: Self, Idol, Tribe

If Keyword “Existential” was added, delete from components Self, Idol and Tribe the text “This applies to at least one choice of Incarnation or Temple in the Power not already applied to (Self), (Idol) or (Tribe) Components.” or correlated phrasing.

If either Radiate, Holy Day or Festival is not in the ruleset, delete any powers using the missing component, refunding eir Incarnation’s Deity (if any) 1 Quintessence per power so deleted.

We really need a way to remove oneself’s powers.
