If something has been done illegally you can just revert it (or point it out to an admin for reversion) - no need for a CfJ which can take days to resolve.

I shall revert now but this should still fail, as both proposals will inevitably have timed out by the time this resolves.

I’m glad someone’s finally paying attention to this sort of thing! (Pointing it out in a post is generally better, though; CfJs are mostly useful for if there’s either a dispute, or if the gamestate’s become gamebreakingly broken or mathematically impossible (positive numbers defaulting to zero, anyone?)
