Proposal: put two fingers and two fingers together

add sub rule to rule science exclaim point with the next words inside it:

If a hard think makes learn think cost zero
and brain think points spent to make learn think zero were greater than learn thinks cost by ten plus five
roll a DICE5 in GNDT and reduce cost of one random learn think by value on dice when rolled.

 

it hard to write idea with limits to words. me think if you think lots on one thing, you get idea for other thing.

Josh: I thought about that, but new think must be based on finished thinks, so other thinks can not be thunk until one think has done been thunk.
