Add a new Location to the “Locations” rule:-

  • The Road: A Villager on the Road is not counted as a Villager for the purposes of the rule “Endgames”.

Replace “A Villager may change their own Location once per day.” with:-

A Villager who is not on the Road may change their own Location once per day.

Replace “tracked in the GNDT and defaulting to Home” with:-

tracked in the GNDT and defaulting to the Road

Time to bar the gates?

We should probably also move *cough* certain *cough* idle villagers who have a legal non-Road location out there.
