Question

It might be worth CfJing this, but hey.

Proposal: The Hegemonist is out of Service will make me the Hegemonist.  However, it’s still not ‘my’ Dynasty, so would I be eligable to Win?  Thoughts?

You’ll be made hegemonist. In my opinion that’s not the same as achieving victory. Of course, you could just post a proposal saying you win and it’d (probably) pass, but you haven’t won yet.

I’d say this remains Chronos’s dynasty (for the history books), so you can try to win. We should make a different win condition for you, since it would be impossible for you to win currently (you can’t occupy CP homeland and be a Gov in Exile at the same time)
