In “Victory”, change
The Queen is not an Ant for the purposes of this rule.

The Queen and the Sandbox Master are not Ants for the purposes of this rule.
We don’t want someone to unidle as the only obediant Ant two seconds before the deadline and claim victory. Also, Clucky shouldn’t be able to be the Ascendant in his own dynasty (even though he wouldn’t be able to declare victory anyway).
