Add the following subrule (2.6.1)
2.6.1 Strenuous Actions:
Performing an experiment on the reservoir is a Strenuous action.
Casting a spell from a tome is a Strenuous action.
Posting a “Planet in Sign post†is a Strenuous action.
(do you think that other actions should be Strenuous? posting a proposal? posting a failed proposal? posting an enacted proposal? posting anything?)
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Casting a spell from a tome is a Strenuous action.—- Most tomes already have consequences that apply to the caster. Maybe this one.
Posting a “Planet in Sign post†is a Strenuous action.—- No, we want to encourage Planet in Sign Posts, not discourse them.
